Description:
Italian Casserole with a snuffy flare.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground chuck
1/2 pound ground italian sausage
1 large sweet onion
1 yellow squash
1 zucchini
4 large potatoes

2 large green peppers
2 large hungarian wax peppers
1 quart diced tomatos
2 16 oz. cans tomato sauce
Italian bread crumbs
Mozzerella Cheese

Cooking Instructions:
Slice potatoes, onion, peppers, and squash. Layer in baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over last veggie added. Pour diced tomatos over veggies. Mix ground chuck and sausage together. Crumb on top of veggie's. Pour tomato sauce over casserole evenly. Cover - Place in oven and bake for approximately 1 hour. Remove cover sprinkle with mozzerella cheese place back in oven until melted. Enjoy!
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with a fresh tossed salad and italian bread.
