BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE

Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz) box of instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz) pkg butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup oil

Cooking Instructions:
NO MIXER NEEDED. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS BY HAND.


MIX CAKE MIX, PUDDING MIX, CHIPS, PECANS AND COCONUT.
ADD EGGS, SOUR CREAM AND OIL. MIX WELL.
BAKE IN A WELL-GREASED BUNDT PAN AT 325 DEGREES FOR ONE HOUR.
COOL FOR 15-45 MIN BEFORE TURNING OUT
If you don’t cool long enough it may stick to pan.
