Red Skin Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

5 lbs. red skin potatoes 1 stick of butter 4 ozs. sour cream 1 cup of milk salt pepper

Cooking Instructions:
Cut potatoes into quarter size and boil until tender. Drain. Put butter and sourcream and mix well.
Then add the milk until it is creamy but firm. Salt and Pepper to taste.

Depending on taste you can use more or less butter.
